This is the first time I’ve read anything by Hopkins or Hilbert and I was very pleased with my first foray into their writing. This book was loaned to my husband by his boss but he mentioned to me that it was a good book and thought I might like to read it too so I picked up it one afternoon and finished it that same evening! It was a very good book, an easy and quick read, and very captivating. The authors do a good job of holding your interest and making you wonder what’s going to come next.
This book is an excellent read for anyone who has to devote time to a job (or any type of work) as well as a family. If you struggle with balance in your life, if you’re not sure where your time should be spent, or if you just want a refresher on what’s important, this book is for you. In the story, the janitor ends up talking to the CEO of the company one evening and begins to share some good advice with him week after week. I won’t create a spoiler by giving you the advice here but it’s definitely worthy of reading!
