Book Review Details

I love to read and I also love to hear what people think about books and hear the recommendations of others.  Because of that I thought it might be a good idea to review some of the books I read and share my thoughts here.

With each book I review I’ll give all the pertinent information of the book, a brief review, and a link to purchase the book if you so desire.  I will also use a rating system to rank the books.  That system will work as follows:

5 Stars – Go buy this one! It’s a keeper! (I will rarely, if ever, give this rating to a fiction book – not because they aren’t good but because I generally don’t buy fiction.  I get them from the library because I do not re-read them.)

4 Stars – Exceptional book – highly recommended

3 Stars – Acceptable book – fine to grab in a pinch

2 Stars – On the unpleasant side – I’d find something else

1 Star – Run! This book isn’t worthy of picking up!

I enjoy reading everything from fiction to non-fiction books, inspirational to suspenseful, and light-hearted to more intense.  If there is something you’d like me to review you may leave a comment or you may contact me through my contact page and make your request.  I cannot guarantee that I will review everything requested but I will give it my best.  There are some things that I will not take the time to read and if I feel your request is something that is not in line with what I would normally read then I will let you know.
