		<description>So true, Neil!  I think in the last ten years or so especially that more and more people are being replaced at an alarming rate in large companies.  It&#039;s really quite sad.  It just goes to show that you will reap far more rewards by making sure that your family gets the best of you rather than a company - not that you shouldn&#039;t do your best in your job but family should always come first.  Just my 2 cents. ;)</description>
