A fun post!

I read a fun post about commenting over at Real World Martha’s blog and thought I’d bring it over here to see what kind of answers I could get. (I think I’ve said this before but if you haven’t been to her blog you really must do so! She has all kinds of great things on there! )

Here are the questions she asked in her post:

Do you only comment on blogs you read often?

Ones that you are trying to get to view your blog?

What about the ones that do contests?

Ones that trigger deep feelings?

If you have time?

People you would like to be blogging friends with?

What makes it worth your time?

Here are the answers I gave:
Do you only comment on blogs you read often? No, if I find a new blog and it speaks to me or I have something to add in response to the post then I’ll comment. I don’t comment as often on blogs that aren’t wordpress simply because I can’t track them as easily as I can my comments in wordpress (to know if they respond or if someone else does).

Ones that you are trying to get to view your blog? I never comment in order to try to get someone to my blog unless they’ve asked about something that I’ve written that may help (homeschooling advice or something).

What about the ones that do contests? I’ve never done contests.

Ones that trigger deep feelings? Almost always on this one!!

If you have time? Most of the time if I’m reading a post I have time to comment but there are times that I’m scanning something quickly and if I had more time I might comment but since I’m hurrying I don’t.

People you would like to be blogging friends with? I’ve commented on blogs simply because I really like their blog and their personality so I guess yes here.
